SANTA CLARA UNIVERSITY

U.S. Entrepreneurship Certification Examination

The U.S. Entrepreneurship Certification Examination is industry-endorsed by America’s Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and SCORE, suitable for high school and adult education students. The customized examination is cross-walked with two international online entrepreneurship examinations (available in Spanish) administered by My Own Business Institute (MOBI) in the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University in Silicon Valley, California.

Upon passing the customized U.S. Entrepreneurship Certification Examination, students have the option of earning two additional MOBI entrepreneurship certificates and digital badges with no further preparation and at no additional cost for a total of three stackable entrepreneurship credentials.  However, the optional free MOBI online entrepreneurship course modules with practice quizzes serve as a review and/or supplement to classroom instruction.

These value-added entrepreneurship resources and credentials help better prepare high school and adult education students for college and career opportunities in the new Innovation & Gig Economy.
